Summary
Maxio is a financial operations platform Aiwyn uses to process our internal billing to your firm for Aiwyn's services. This requires your firm to set up a bank account in Maxio in order to automated payments of Aiwyn's software and other fees from your firm.

Maxio payments are processed using Stripe.
Please whitelist the following Stripe payee ids so that payments can be withdrawn from your bank account automatically:
- 1800948598 - Stripe Payments Company
- 4270465600 - Stripe Payments Company
How to set up a bank account with Maxio
The first payment out of Maxio will be manual and from then on, the payments will all be automated using your account on file. When you come into Maxio to pay your first invoice, you will have to verify your bank account information which will take 1-2 business days. Please follow the steps below to do so:
- You will receive an electronic invoice by email. Please select the 'View and Pay Online' button in the bottom right. This will redirect you to Maxio's website that will allow you to view your invoice.

Once you are able to view your invoice, select "Pay with Bank Account" in the bottom right corner. This will allow you to enter your bank account information as seen below. Once completed, please select the 'Pay' button to continue.
- Since this is your first payment through Maxio, you will need to verify your bank account information with two microdeposits before the payment will be accepted. This will take 1-2 business days for the microdeposits to be visible on your online statement.
- Once you receive your microdeposits, please revisit your initial email, select the 'View and Pay Online' button once more, re-enter your bank account information, and you will be prompted to enter the amounts to verify your bank account as seen below:
- Once you pay your first invoice, your account will default to automatic payments in the future so that you will not have to repeat this manual process unless you would like to change the bank account on file.
