The Email Delivery Hub shows every client email Aiwyn sends on your firm’s behalf. You can confirm what was sent, who received it, and the delivery result.
Accessing The Email Delivery Hub
You can quickly locate the Email Delivery Hub from the Firm Portal navigation.
- Open the Firm Portal
- Select Clients & Contacts
- Click Email Delivery Hub
The Email Delivery Hub table opens and displays recent outbound emails.
Reviewing The Date Range
You can adjust the date range to review email activity from a specific time period.
The hub defaults to the last 30 days of email activity.
Use the start date and end date selectors at the top of the page to change the range.
This helps when reviewing a past invoice cycle or investigating a client question.
Filtering Email Activity
You can narrow the email table to quickly locate specific email types or delivery outcomes.
Two filters are available:
- Email type filters emails by category:
- Invoices
- Smart statements
- Payment confirmations
- Payment failures
- Delivery status filters emails by their delivery result.
Use Delivery status to focus on emails that require attention, such as bounced or failed messages.
Searching For A Specific Email
You can locate a specific email quickly using the search bar.
The search field scans all visible table data, including:
- Recipient name
- Email address
- Subject line
- Client name
Search is useful when a client asks about a specific invoice or statement email.
Understanding Data Refresh Timing
You can see when the Email Delivery Hub data was last refreshed.
The Data last updated indicator appears above the email table.
Hover over the indicator to view the next scheduled refresh time.
The table refreshes approximately every 10 minutes.
If you resend an email, allow up to ten minutes for the updated status to appear.
