Change tracking
Change Tracking refers to the detection of deletions and additions made in your Practice Management system on a daily basis. Please enable Change Tracking and View Permissions on the following tables in Star database for the SQL User used for Aiwyn database connection:
- tblCliContactOwnership
- tblPartner
Mail rule
A mail flow rule will need to be created and enabled, and the IT lead responsible is requested to attend Testing Session 1 (post deployment) to ensure mail flow and routing is functioning properly.
Steps to create mail flow rule for Microsoft Outlook
- Go to Exchange Admin tools
- Create new Contact (no mail box required)
- First name: Aiwyn
- Last name: Redirect
- Email: this will be your Aiwyn Inbound Email address, located in the Important Links tab of your Implementation Tracker. Typical format is [FIRM]@inbound.aiwyn.ai and note the [FIRM] portion is provisioned by Aiwyn and may not specifically match your Firm's email or website domains.
- Save the contact
- Go to Rules > Mail rules > Add new rule
- Apply this rule if the...
- Subject > Subject Line MATCHES these text patterns: Invoice_Aiwyn
- Action to take > Redirect message > These recipients > select Aiwyn Redirect Contact
- Except if > Subject Line INCLUDES these text patterns: RE: FWD: FW:
- Select to Stop Processing more rules
- Save the rule
- Select the rule from list
- Edit Rule Settings
- Make Priority 0
- Enable rule immediately
