Summary
Engagement Letters sent to Clients all start from the selection of a Letter Template.
A Letter Template is comprised of chosen and defined Section Types, each populated with a one or more available Section Templates. Content of the letter is within the Section Template.
Think of the Section Types as building blocks, with the same or similar Section Templates available to plug into other Letter Templates, enabling consistency and allow for faster/easier letter updates.
This User Guide focuses exclusively on the Templates themselves, how to create templates, what data is available to merge into letters, and other relevant Engagement settings. The first part of the guide is pragmatic, and provides details and steps for using the tool.
The latter part of the guide shifts to best practices, suggestions, and examples for using the tools available to build templates and create a workflow for Engagement Users to follow.
