Summary
Once a client has submitted a request, which could include more than one item, an email is sent to the firm Reviewer. The Reviewer can view the submitted items in the Aiwyn Firm Portal and choose to approve or request changes to the items submitted. Once all the requested items are submitted by the client and reviewed by the Reviewer, the status of the project can be updated and subsequent deliverables provided to the client. At the point of review, the Reviewer may choose to reject any submitted items and the client contact assigned receives a notification and prompt to take corrective action.
