Use this reference when creating a generic or pre-filled Quick Payment Link in the Share payment link modal.

| Pre-fill payee information | Shows the optional fields used to customize the payment form. |
| Reset | Clears all pre-filled values and returns the modal to its initial state. |

| Amount | Pre-fills the payment amount. | Optional. Leave blank when the payer should enter the amount. |

Link behavior
When pre-fill is enabled, the values are added to the URL as parameters. The copied URL is therefore specific to the information entered in the modal.
- Send a pre-filled URL only to its intended recipient.
- Anyone with the URL may be able to see the values it contains.
- Use Reset before creating a link for a different payer.
- Use Clear when you only need to remove the selected client.
Payment behavior
- The payer does not need a Client Portal account or an invoice.
- The payer completes any information that was not pre-filled and selects an available payment method.
- Quick Payment Link payments are recorded as non-invoice payments.
- If Select a Client was used, the payment is associated with that client.
- If no client was selected, the firm must identify and reconcile the payment from Payment History or the unallocated transactions workflow.
