If you are importing data from a recent acquisition into PracticeEngine, or if you are performing a bulk-update of any kind, the following items must be discussed with Aiwyn Support before the data is imported into your system. This will ensure no data discrepancies exist and the client experience is protected.
Tasks and timeline
This is a high level view of the tasks and timeline needed to ensure new data imported into your practice management system is done so accurately. Below this table is a full explanation of the tasks and timing.

Notify Aiwyn Support
Please submit a ticket to Aiwyn Support by emailing support@aiwyn.ai to inform us of the new data to be loaded, and the Data Import date of when your new data will be imported into your practice management system. Please submit this ticket at least one week before the data import date.
Aiwyn Support will respond to this ticket and confirm the timing with you.
Data import
On the day you have chosen as your data import date, we will temporarily turn off the flow of all new data from your practice management system.. Keep in mind this will affect your entire practice management system., and so you must keep us abreast of the timing to ensure minimal effect to your existing clients.
After the data flow has been turned off, Aiwyn Support will respond to the ticket and let you know you can proceed with importing the new data into your practice management system.. Please confirm through the ticket when this is complete.
Data validation
Once we have received confirmation that the new data has been imported, Aiwyn Support will turn data flow back on and allow the new data to run through our system. We will run several queries on our side against this data to ensure no duplicates have been brought through to Aiwyn.
We will request from the firm through the ticket to select ten (10) client records from the acquisition data and compare their AR in your practice management system. to the AR listed in the Aiwyn Firm Portal.
