You can share reports by downloading them as files or by presenting them directly in Aiwyn, depending on how you want to distribute or review the data.
Downloading an Entire Report or Select Visualizations as a PDF
You can generate a single PDF that includes all or selected parts of a report for easy sharing or offline use.
- In the Reports module, open the report you want to download.
- Select the more options menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Download PDF.
- Choose Liveboard or Visualizations as the download type.
- If visualizations, configure content settings, such as whether to truncate tables.
- Select a landscape or portrait layout.
- Select which tabs or visualizations to include.
- Configure branding options, including include footer logo, include page numbers, and footer text, if needed.
- Select Download.
Downloading an Individual Visualization
You can download a single table, KPI, or graph in multiple file formats.
- Hover over the table, KPI, or graph you want to download.
- Select the more options menu on the visualization.
- Select Download.
- Select a file format:
- XLSX
- CSV
- PNG
Presenting an Entire Report
You can present a report in a slide-style format without creating a downloadable file.
- Open the report you want to present.
- Select the more options menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Present.
Presenting a Single Visualization
You can start a presentation focused on a specific visualization while still navigating through the full report.
- Hover over the table, KPI, or graph you want to present.
- Select the more options menu on the visualization.
- Select Present.
Choosing Between Download and Present
You can decide how to share insights based on your audience and use case.
- Download when you need a file to share, print, or review offline.
- Present when you want a live, guided walkthrough of the data.
