Required tasks for all practice management systems
- Add Aiwyn to SSO Environment
- Enable Aiwyn Application for Firm Staff
- Choose Database Integration Method
- Verify SQL Server Port in SQL Server Configuration Manager
- Create SQL User and assign to db_datareader role
- Add the following IP address to database firewall 35.245.176.176
- DNS Records: DKIM / Return Path / DMARC
- Whitelist IP Addresses (for email)
- Create the Aiwyn Mail Rule (excluding CCH Axcess)
Additional required tasks based on practice management system
In addition to the items outlined above, a few more additional tasks must also be completed. These tasks are based on the practice management system, therefore access the appropriate task list by selecting your firm's practice management system you are connecting to Aiwyn from the list below.
If your system is not listed, no additional tasks are required.
