Launching Aiwyn Payments to your clients is an exciting new service you will want to communicate to your firm and clients in a variety of methods. Below are suggestions, resources, and samples your marketing department can utilize for a successful Aiwyn Go Live.
Please check your firm's Implementation Plan's Important Links section for specific links, chosen settings and allowable payment methods, and more, which are documented for your firm based on your team's preferences. Incorporate this information into your materials as applicable.

Logo Specs and Placement
Two logos are needed:

Standard Horizontal Logo (banner)
- File Type: EPS or SVG (Vector File Format) where all text is converted to outlines.
- Note: PNG file formats have the potential to render poorly and appear pixelated

Square "Logomark" Logo (favicon)
- File Type: EPS or SVG (Vector File Format), File size must be under 25KB. Due to the placement and sizing, this logo should be graphical in nature with no words, as in some areas it renders down quite small.

When does a copy of the invoice sync to a Client’s Aiwyn account?
- When an invoice email is sent to a client through [INSERT PM SYSTEM], it is routed to Aiwyn who in turn sends it to the client with a 1-Click Invoice Email, with the PDF of the Invoice attached to the email.
- The client is able to view and download the PDF of their outstanding invoice in their portal.
Optional: Partner/Stakeholders Meeting
While optional, we find having an internal partners meeting a week before or after Go Live can help to inform everyone of the change to Aiwyn. We recommend having your Billing/AR Lead run this meeting, and you can invite your Aiwyn Implementation Manager as a technical support who can answer any questions.

After User Testing and soon before Go Live, Aiwyn provides you with a customized, branded, Client Intro Video, about 4 minutes long. This provides your internal firm staff and your clients with an introduction to the Aiwyn experience.
