Prerequisites to send any letter
- A primary contact with an email address
- A billing contact with an email address
- A published letter template
- A fiscal year
- A start date or On Acceptance chosen
- At least one client signature block placeholder somewhere in the template
- For every paragraph that is meant to vary on a dynamic letter template, a field the variant can test: a standard field such as client type or project name, or a custom field created in the practice management system and mapped to Aiwyn

Additional limits and retention
- No maximum letter or attachment size
- Manual engagement signed-PDF uploads accept PDF files
- Executed engagements are retained indefinitely
